Akihiro "Aki" Sato
Born in Sapporo, Japan
Since 1995, Aki has been working at various Japanese restaurants in the U.S. and kept shaping up his skill.
In 2011, Aki became a Hibachi Grill Chef and held a management position at Japanese restaurant in Georgia.
In 2015, Aki became a Sushi Chef again at one of the famous high end Japanese restaurants and continued to shape up his skill. At the same time, Aki started to think about opening his own restaurant as a dream.
In August 2016, Aki moved to Peachtree City, then felt the kindness and warmth of local people that led him to make a commitment to open his own restaurant.
In March 2017, Aki started his own restaurant, Newly Opened Sushi Tomi.
DREAM : Deliver and spread around the taste of real Japanese food to the local American people by becoming a bridge with Japan, then contribute to my favorite Peachtree City through Japanese food culture.
